Recover deleted Facebook messages, photos, videos, or account

How to recover Deleting messages, photos, or videos on Facebook, or an entire Facebook account support is a permanent process. Once one or more of these items is deleted, there is no way they can be recovered help for facebook team. The only exception is that when you permanently delete an account, you'll have a 14-day grace period in which you may log in to reactivate it. Otherwise, Facebook does not store backup copies of content or accounts for later retrieval.

1- Recovering a Self-Disabled Account

Make sure you can still recover the account. If you temporarily deactivated your account, you can recover it whenever you like. If you nominated your account for deletion, however, you have 14 days from the time you nominate it to change your mind and log back in.
If your account has been nominated for deletion for more than 14 days, it's gone, and you can't recover it. Try creating a new Facebook account.

2- Open the Facebook website. 

Go to https://www.facebook.com/. This will open the Facebook home page.

3-Enter your email address or phone number. 

Do so in the "Email or Phone" text box in the upper-right side of the page.

4-Enter your Facebook password. 

Type the password you use to log into Facebook into the "Password" text box to the right of where you typed in your email address (or phone number).

5-Click Log In. 

It's in the upper-right side of the page. Doing so will take you to your account if it's still accessible.


Sometimes old outdated profiles clutter the name search results. Sometimes they prevent you from creating a new account (or even get your new фссщгте banned as Facebook has always been pretty hard on duplicate accounts.) I’ve seen people who don’t remember creating Facebook accounts but they desperately want them deleted now. Sometimes old Facebook accounts have dangerous personal information


Start with a general recovery by clicking on the “forgot my password/reset my password” button on the log in page. You will have to identify your account by one of the following:

Your email associated with the account

Facebook username (get this by going to the profile URL and seeing in as the end tag in the address bar)
Both your name, and the name of a trusted person on that friend’s list.
Once you identify which one is your account, it will give you the options you originally provided with the account for recovery. This will be one or two email accounts associated with the profile, and possibly a mobile number you used for notifications and mobile updates. You choose which of these you still have access to, and Facebook will send a password reset link to either the email address or mobile number you selected.

Don’t have access to any of these? Select the button that says so, and Facebook will ask you for another email address where they can contact you about recovering the account. It will also give you security questions you can answer right then, but you will have to wait 24 hours for access if you answer them correctly.

Can’t answer the security questions? You can select a friend on that account to help you to recover it. Facebook will lead you through the process.
